Er beginnt mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer, mit einem Fuß im Sand von Camp de Mar, mit dem ersten Restaurant, Maria 5 Beach, inspiriert von japanischen Techniken und Gastronomie unter einem vielseitigen Verschmelzung von Stilen und Aromen.
Im Rahmen eines formelleren und urbaneren Konzepts wurde Jahr 2024 unser zweites Restaurant im Herzen von Palma, in einem der exklusivsten Boutique-Hotels, im Hotel Cort: Maria 5 Urban eröffnet.

Dieses neue Restaurant im Zentrum von Palma vereint das Beste aus der asiatischen und internationalen Küche mit einem Design. Avantgardistisch, gemütlich und traditionell im Inneren und dynamisch und lebendig auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Stadtverwaltung von Palma.

CHEFKOCH
Chefkoch Gunnar Blischke und sein exzellentes Küchenteam verstehen es, asiatische Aromen zusammen mit Stilen und Geschmacksrichtungen aus aller Welt zu bewahren. Geboren und aufgewachsen in Hamburg, begann Gunnar bereits mit 18 Jahren zu kochen. Dank seiner Entschlossenheit und Beharrlichkeit gewann er mit der deutschen Nationalmannschaft die Europameisterschaft und wurde dann Zweiter bei der Weltmeisterschaft in Shanghai.
Leitung eines multidisziplinären und multikulturellen Teams, das der Speisekarte einen Hauch von Intuition verleiht und Kreativität, die perfekt mit den überlieferten Techniken als Grundlage der japanischen Küche.
